摘要
高渗透硅酸盐水泥防砂体系是为了解决套变井在生产过程中的出砂问题,根据微细水泥水化及其水化物的特点提出的一种适用于套变井的新型化学防砂技术。人工水泥石的抗压抗折试验和渗透率试验表明,高渗透微细硅酸盐水泥防砂体系在凝固后,形成水泥石的抗压强度达到7 MPa,可以阻挡粒径在0.074 mm以上的地层砂;渗透率可以达到1μm2左右。该水泥石具有良好的抗冲刷能力和抗地层流体侵蚀能力,可以适应采油的高速生产。
Sand prevention system of high permeable silicate is a new kind of chemical sand prevention technique put forward to solve sanding problcms caused by casing deformation wells during production. According to the research on the characteristics of hydration and hydrate of fine cement, the high permeable Portland cement is applied for casing deformation wells as a new chemical sand-control technology. Laboratory experiments indicate that after the system solidified, the compressive strength of the cement can reach to 7 MPa, and it can successfully block the formation sands with diameter above 0.074 ram, and the permeability can reaches to about 11.Lm2. In further, this kind of cement has good abilities of anti-washout and anti-erosion from formation fluid, and can adapt to the high-speed oll production.
