摘要
文章通过对高厚度铝基微带板的加工工艺试验的总结,提出了加工工艺,解决了加工中的难题,为高精度特种印制板的批量生产奠定了基础。
Based on the conclusion of processing technology test on thicker aluminum-base microstrip board, it gives us the processing technology and solves the problems in processing and establishes the foundation for batch production of high precise special printed circuit board.
