摘要
浅析了运用可靠性分析对PCB用微钻寿命优化过程中的几个关键技术问题,以使PCB数控钻孔工序的成本最小化。在给出了微钻寿命优化框架的基础上,详细阐述了PCB钻孔不同质量控制参数对应的微钻可靠性分布规律和微钻寿命优化数学模型,指出了基于可靠性分析的PCB用微钻寿命优化的研发方向。
Several key technical issues about optimization of micro drill life based on the analysis of the reliability are discussed to minimize the cost of PCB drilling. The framework of optimization of micro drill bit life is presented. Then the distribution of micro drill bit reliability under different quality requirements and optimization model of micro drill bit life are described. Finally, R & D direction of micro drill bit optimization based on reliability analysis of micro drill bit life is pointed out.
