摘要
介绍了熔化极气体保护焊动态过程微机测试与分析系统的设计。测试系统不仅使操作人员通过用户界面可方便及时地观察和分析焊接动态过程,而且综合了频谱分析等数据处理功能,为焊接测试提供了较强的硬件与软件支持,解决了焊接动态测试系统中数据量大、要求多种显示形式、数据处理复杂等问题。该系统功能实用,为焊接过程研究和生产应用提供了有效的工具。
The design of test and analysis system for MIG/MAG welding dynamic process was deeply intro- duced. The system not only makes user study the welding process conveniently , but also integrates data processing function such as spectral analysis . It provides a system of hardware and software support for welding analysis and solves many problems such as the variety of presentation of data, complexity of data processing and so on. It is of the practical value as a tool of analysis of welding process and production.
