Study on Income Apportionment and Cost Sharing Model in Joint Distribution

协同配送通过企业间资源共享、优势互补,能有效降低配送成本,增加收益。协同配送能否健康发展的关键在于合作企业间的成本分摊与收益分配是否合理。将收益与成本结合起来考虑,从成本分摊角度考虑收益分配问题,提出了收益分配的新思路。

Joint distributing can reduce the distribution cost and get the more returns by sharing resource and having complementary advantages. In order to promote sound development of joint distributing, a reasonable allocation plan is the key to the problem if the income from the joint distributing is getting the rational apportionment among the cooperative enterprises. Comprehensively considered benefit-cost and revenue, a new reasonable apportionment is proposed that analyze the income apportionment in terms of circulation of costs, and finally get the reasonable scheme.
