五世嘉木样丹贝坚参活佛在其短暂的宗教生涯中,在拉卜愣及夏河地区设立文化教育机构,发展民族教育,开创喇嘛职业教育和少数民族女子入学受教育之先声,为安多藏区现代文化教育事业奠定了良好的基础,做出了不可磨灭的贡献。本文就活佛的教育思想及实践做简略评述。

Living Buddha Dan Baijianseng, the 5th Jiamuyang, did his best to set up the cultural and educational organization, develop the education for nationalities and found the educational harbinger for Lama vocational education and the females education of minorities. He had made enormous contribution for the modern cultural and educational enterprise of Ando Tibetan area. This article makes the brief narration and commentary on living Buddha's educational thought and the practice.
