摘要
介绍了在高温和高电磁辐射环境中使用PLC配合温度检测及中频感应加热器进行钳子辊轧生产线的自动控制的方案选择、内容设计及实现方法.考虑到高温和高电磁辐射的恶劣工况,对该系统采用了多种保护措施.
The PLC system which coordinates with the device of checking the temperature and the intermediate frequency faradic heater controls automatically the pincers rolling production line under the environment of high temperature and high electromagnetic radiation is studied.The scheme choose,content design and the achieving means are elaborated.
