摘要
研究了氧化芳樟醇的合成工艺,用GC-MS法对氧化芳樟醇产物组成与香气的关系进行了探讨.确定反应的最佳工艺条件为:芳樟醇在甲酸介质中用30%的过氧化氢氧化,反应温度控制在65℃~70℃;799.8Pa,75℃~79℃收集馏分.
A detail research on the synthetic technology and the relationship of constituent and aroma of linalool oxide by means of GC MS method is reported.According to experiment conditions that linalool reacts with 30% H 2O 2 in HCO 2H at 65℃ ̄70℃, then the best product in aroma can be gotten,when the boiling range is at 75℃ ̄79℃(799.8 Pa).
