我国券商综合治理及重组模式分析

Analyses of Comprehensive Management of Securities Companies in China and Their Restructuring Models

文章综述了我国券商的发展历史,分析了券商在发展中遇到的问题以及产生问题的原因。在此基础上,介绍了证监会对券商的综合治理整顿,归纳了券商综合治理下的三种兼并重组模式,并对各种重组兼并模式进行了评析,指出了缺陷。分析表明对券商的综合治理取得的仅是阶段性成果。

This paper summarizes the history of Chinese securities companies＇development and analyzes the causes of problems that securities companies have come across.In addition,it talks about the comprehensive management of securities companies by China＇s Securities Regulatory Commission,reduces annexing and restructuring models of the management to three,comments on the models and points out their weaknesses.The analysis shows that this management has only achieved periodical result.
