从突破阈值、降低风险、协同优势、技术标准和并行工程分析了专利池的创新效应,从动力、路径、模式和功能分析了专利池的溢出效应,探讨了专利池创新效应和溢出效应的关系,并提出了对策。
This paper begins with analyzing the innovation effect of patent pool from breaking threshold value, decreasing risks, synergetic advantages, technology standard and parallel engineering. Then. it analyzes the spillover effect of patent pool in terms of dynamism, path, mode and function. Thirdly, it discusses the relation between innovation and the spillover effect of patent pool. Finally, some advice is given.
