羊毛染色牢度的研究

STUDY ON COLOR FASTNESS IN WOOL DYEING

研究了纯羊毛线染深色时二浴法染色固色的效果．讨论了固色剂用量、毛线处理对皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度的影响，并对一浴法染色固色进行了初步探讨．结果表明，采用二浴法染色固色可明显提高毛线产品的色牢度，而且可使产品增亮增艳；固色剂ＡＣ用量以６％为宜；染色后应充分漂洗以除去浮色，待毛线烘干后放置一段时间，其牢度更佳．采用一浴法染色，用ＡＣ作固色剂，固色效果不理想，固色剂需重新选择．

The effects of pure knitting wool dyeing and color setting in the double dye vat are studied.The influence of color setting dosage,knitting wool processing on soap fastness and rubbing fastness is discused.An initial probe into the single dye vat is given.The results have shown that:the double dye vat can raise color fastness in wool dyeing and can strengthen gorgeous.The color fixing agents AC estimate is 6%.After dyeing,need give the wool a good rinse.The single dye vat need adopt new color fixing agents,and if adopt AC as color fixing agents,the result not be very effective.
