摘要
凝胶渗透色谱法测定木薯淀粉、分子取代度MS从0.04~4.80的羟丙基淀粉HPS的分子量分布,高MS或低MS的HPS均为混合产物。在羟丙基醚化反应中淀粉发生降解,产物MS与分子量变化无明确的定量关系。有机相中进行的反应,羟丙基淀粉分子量随MS提高表现了从减小到增加的变化。
The experimental results given in the paper concerned with the molecular weight distribution of the tapioca starch and the hydroxypropyl starch(HPS) with molar substitution(MS) from 0.04 to 4.80.All the HPS were the mixed products,whose MS had no clearly quantitative relation to the molecular weight distribution of the solid HPS.While starch was etherealized with propylene oxide in the organic solvent phase,the molecular weight of the product expressed changes from decrease to increase as raising MS,showing the reaction mechanism of hydroxypropyl etherealization of starch.
