电凝术结合中西药治疗慢性鼻炎172例临床观察

Treatment of chronic rhinitis by electrocoagulation integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine

采用单纯电凝术及电凝术结合中西药治疗对２７１例慢性鼻炎进行对比治疗。电凝术组９９例（其中单纯性鼻炎４５例，肥厚性鼻炎５４例）总有效率７４７％。电凝术结合中西药治疗组１７２例（其中单纯性鼻炎９０例，肥厚性鼻炎８２例）总有效率９１３％。经统计学处理，差异极显著（Ｐ＜００１），说明电凝术配合药物比单纯电凝术效果好。

Simple electrocoagulation and electrocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine (CTM WM)used in treatment of 271 patients with chronic rhinitis,of them 99 patients (simple rhinitis 45, pachy rhinitis 54) were treated by electrocoagulation as control and the total effective rate was 747% in experimental group, 172 patients (simple rhinitis 90, hypertrophic rhinitis 82) were treated by electrocoagulation and combined TCM WM,and total effective rate was 913%(P<001),showing that the effect of electrocoagulation combined TCM WM is better than that of simple electrocoagulation
