不同整复方法治疗尺桡骨干双骨折90例分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 90 CASES WITH DOUBLE FRACTURES ON BODY OF ULNA AND RADIAS USING DIFFERENT RECOVERY METHODS

采用手法与手术两种不同整复方式分别治疗尺桡骨干双骨折２１例、６９例，结果优良者为１６例、６２例，优良率分别为７６．１％、９２．９％，说明手术整复比手法复位疗效更可靠。而６９例手术整复者分别采用钢板髓内针、双髓内针、双钢板内固定，结果优良率分别为９３．３％、８６．７％、８３．３％，说明三种内固定方式均有较好疗效，施用时应根据具体情况而定。

Patients with double fractures on body of ulna and radias were cured by using different recovery methods:handy method and operating method.The recovery rate of handy method was 761%(16 cases/21 cases)and the recovery rate of operating method was 929%(62 cases/69 cases).These results indicated that operating method to recovery bone position was more reliable that handy method.Steel boardinner-needle,double bone inner-needle and doule steel board inner-position keeping were used among 69 patients.The recovery rate was 933%,867% and 833% separately.These results suggested that the three inner-position keeping methods were more beneficial to fracture patients.
