摘要
根据我国的实际情况,对我国解决老年住宅问题的基本原则提出了建议,并指出了住房适老改造的注意事项。建立健全老年住宅的社会保障制度,适时、适当地建设各类专门为老年居住的住宅。
Based on the realities in China, this paper introduces the suggestion of the principle of resolving the problem of old age residence, points out the instructions in reforming residence for the old age.
