澳洲康都,是北京首个以家庭情感为核心的全功能住宅项目。本文从亲情社区定位的确立等对项目的开发及营销进行了分析,并对亲情社区老年公寓的前景作出了展望。
Aozhou Kangdu is the first full functional residence centering on family emotion. This paper analyzes the development and sale of the project from establishing the position of amicable community, prospects the future of old age apartments in amicable community.
