摘要
工程建设基本可以分为前期阶段工作、设计阶段工作、施工完成阶段工作三个阶段。作者就建设前期阶段工作中编写建筑工程可行性研究报告的工作,从设计师的角度对其编制内容及编制的意义进行了论述。
A construction project basically can be divided into three stages - preparation stage, designing stage and completion stage. This article specializes in compiling a feasibility study report at preparation stage from an architect＇s view and gives a brief introduction on its objective and content.
