信息非对称对医护人员信息资源利用的影响研究

Impact Study on Information Asyrmnetry to Medical Staffs in the Using of Information Resources

由于医院图书馆与医护人员之间存在信息非对称,导致医护人员无法充分利用信息资源,也说明医院图书馆在信息资源建设、信息服务等方面存在不足。本文通过实地调查,分析造成该现状的原因,提出减少医院图书馆与医护人员之间信息非对称的对策与措施。

Because of the information asymmetry between hospital library and medical staffs, the doctors and nurses cannot make a full use of the information resources in the library, which also indicates the hospital library＇s existing deficiency in information resources construction and services, etc. This paper analyses the reasons for the present situation through making some investigations and provides some countermeasures to reduce information asymmetry.
