摘要
对羚羊角和羚羊角塞及其各次水煎液中氮、磷含量,紫外光谱和水溶性蛋白质的分子量分布进行了测定和比较,以了解该角和角塞的化学成分在水煎过程中的特性,为羚羊角塞的利用提供实验依据。
Nitrogen,phosphorus,ultraviolent spetrum and molecular weight distribution of water-solubing proteins in boiling-water solution of cornu antelopis and cornu antelopis blocks were measured and compared.These results were helpful to clarify the chemical compositions changes during the water-heating procese and to provide evidence for using cornu antelopis.
