碱蓬籽油对小鼠血脂及免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察碱蓬籽油对高脂小鼠总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯含量(TG)及免疫力低下小鼠廓清指数、吞噬指数的影响。方法通过对小鼠蛋黄乳实验TC、TG检测,观察碱蓬籽油对小鼠高脂的影响;通过小鼠碳粒廓清实验,观察碱蓬籽油对鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、廓清指数及吞噬指数的影响,进而观察碱蓬籽油对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果碱蓬籽油能显著降低蛋黄乳小鼠的TC、TG含量,增加免疫低下小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数,增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬的吞噬功能。结论碱蓬籽油具有一定的降脂和提高机体免疫的作用。 [ Objective] To observe the effect of suaeda salsa seed oil on total cholesterol(TCI, Triglyceride( TGI, index of clearance of immunological deficiency mouse, and index of phagocytosis in the mouse. [ Methods] The effects of the Suaeda salsa seed oil on high density lipoprotein ( HDLI of the mouse were observed througth experiment of egg yolk galact, and the effects of the Suae- da salsa seed oil on index of spleen, index of thymus, index of clearance and and index of phagocytosis were observed through carbon particle clearance experiment, so as to observe the effects of the Suaeda salsa seed oil on immune function of mouse. [ Results] Suaeda salsa seed can significantly reduce the TC and TG content of mouse, increase the index of spleen and index of thymus of mouse, strengthen the function of phagocytosis of macrophage. [ Conclusion] The Suaeda salsa seed oil has some effect on reducing blood-fat and improves immunity of body.
