摘要
目的了解护士压力大的原因及后果,促使医院管理层正确认识并设法减轻护士压力。方法采用自制调查问卷对天津市西青区永红医院的55名护士进行无记名问卷调查。结果采取相应对策2年后,护士压力明显减少(χ2=22.85,P<0.01),对自身工作满意度增高(χ2=31.63,P<0.01)。结论只有充分认识到护士压力大的因素及危害,积极采取相应对策,才能调动护士的工作积极性,这是护理管理的重中之重,是提高护理质量、推进护理事业发展的基本条件。
[ Objective ] To understand the causation and aftereffect of the nurse's work pressure, suggest superintendent of hospital to cognize the nurse's work pressure, and seek the measure to reduce pressure. [ Methods] With pre-complied questionnaire, an anonymous survey was conducted among 55 nurses in Yonghong hospital of Tianjin. [ Results ] After two-years intervention, nurse work pressure reduced significantly ( X^2 = 22.85, P 〈 0. 01 ), and job satisfaction increased ( X^2 = 31.63, P 〈 0. 01 ). [ Conclu- sion] The cognizance of causation and harm of nurse's work pressure is very important. The relevant measures should be adopt to improve the positivity of nurses. This is the foundation of promoting nursing quality and developing nursing career.
