摘要
目的了解铅作业工人尿铅含量,以便采取有效的防治措施,预防铅中毒的发生,保护铅作业工人的身体健康。方法采集烟台市牟平区冶炼、蓄电池、印刷、石油等行业中534名接铅工人的晨尿100ml,用原子荧光分光光度计测定尿铅。结果①检测尿铅534人,超标123人,超标率23.02%;②冶炼、蓄电池作业工人尿铅超标率明显高于印刷、石油行业;③接铅工龄一二年及8a以上的工人超标者较多;④男性接铅工人尿铅超标率高于女性;⑤个体企业工人尿铅超标率高于国有企业工人。结论牟平区接铅工人尿铅检出情况存在着行业、工种、工龄、企业性质的差别,应加快企业技术改造及工艺革新,改善职工工作环境,加强自我保护意识,定期监测,定期体检。
[ Objective] To learn the lead level in urine of lead exposed workers, so as to take effective prevention and treatment measures, and to prevent lead poisoning and protect the health of lead exposed workers. [ Methods] 100ml morning urine of 534 lead exposed workers engaged in industries such as smelting, storage battery, printing, oil etc were collected. Atomic fluorescence spec- trometer was used to detect the urine lead. [ Results] (1) Of 534 workers, 123(23.02%) were over standard; (2) The over standard rate of workers in smelting and storage battery industry is obviously higher than that of printing and oil industry. ( 3 ) The o- ver standard rate of workers with lead exposed for 1-2 years and above 8 years is higher than others. ( 4 ) The over standard rate of male is higher than female. ( 5 ) The over standard rate of workers of individual enterprises is higher than workers of state owned enterprises. [ Conclusion] There are differences between industries, work types, service length and enterprise types shown in the urine lead detection of lead exposed workers in Mouping district. It is necessary to promote the enterprise technical improvement and innovation, improve working environment, strengthen the sense of self-protection and take periodical monitoring and physical examination.
