杀虫安的最大无作用剂量

Maximum Non-Effect Dose of Profurite-Aminium

目的研究杀虫安对大鼠的亚慢性毒性,求出最大无作用剂量。方法按照GB 15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》中亚慢性90天毒性方法,雌雄性大鼠均设低(7.5mg/kg)、中(30mg/kg)、高(120mg/kg)3个剂量组和1个对照组,测试指标包括血液学、尿液、血液生化检查,病理学检查,每周1次测定体重、进食量,到期解剖,测定脏器重量,对结果进行统计学处理。结果杀虫安中剂量组ALP低于对照组,肝、肾脏重量、肝/体、肾/体比高于对照组;高剂量组ALP低于对照组,心脏重量高于对照组,雌性大鼠心/体比、肾/体比、肝/体比高于对照组,雄性大鼠脑、肝、脾、肾、心脏重量、脾/体、肝/体比高于对照组。组织病理学检查显示中、高剂量组肝、肺的病变率较高。结论杀虫安原药最大无作用剂量雌性为(0.62±0.03)mg/(kg·d),雄性为(0.56±0.03)mg/(kg·d)。

[ Objective] To study the sub-chronic toxicity of profurite-aminium on rats and obtain its maximum non-effect dose. E Methods] Experiments were carried out according to the GB 15670-1995 ＂Toxicological Test Methods for Pesticides Registration ＂ Three dose groups （low dose level of 7.5mg/kg, intermediate dose level of 30mg/kg, high dose level of 120mg/kg） and a control group were established. The test parameters included blood, urine, blood biochemistry and pathological examination. Body weights and food consumption were recorded weekly. Organs were surgically removed and recorded at term. Then the data were dealt with statistics analysis. [ Results ] ALP in intermediate dose group was lower than the control group, while weight of liver and kidney, the ratio of liver to body and the ratio of kidney to body in intermediate dose group were higher than the control group; In high dose group, ALP was lower than the control group, heart weight was higher than the control group, the ratio of heart to body, kidney to body and liver to body of female rats were higher than the control group, weight of brain, liver, spleen, kidney and heart, the ratio of spleen to body and liver to body of male rats were higher than the control group. The pathological examination indicated that in intermediate and high dose group the rate of pathological changes of liver and lung was higher.[ Conclusion] The maximum non-effect dose of the nrofurife-aminium were （ 0.62 -± 0.03） mg/（ kg. d ） for female rats and （0.56± 0.03 ）mg/ （ kg. d ） for male. rats
