摘要
目的探讨以分光光度法测定香烟丝中总氮含量的新方法。方法在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,氨氮与甲醛反应生成黄色的物质,该物质最大吸收波长λmax=400nm。结果氨氮浓度在0~10μg/ml范围内服从比耳定律,相关系数r=0.9993,方法检出限为0.4μg/ml。结论该方法用于香烟中总氮含量的测定,结果满意。
[ Objective] To develop a new method of determining total nitrogen content in the cigarettes based on spectrophotometry. [ Methods] In acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, ammonia and formaldehyde reacted to form a yellow material whose maximum absorption spectra was 400 nm. [ Results] Beerg law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 10 μg/rnl for ammonia concentration, correlation coefficient R = 0.9993, the detection limit was 0.4 μg/ml. [ Conclusion] The result of using the method to determine the to- tal nitrogen in cigarettes is satisfied.
