摘要
目的调查了解某厂职工就餐后出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、多汗等症状的致病原因,为快速处理食物中毒及救治患者提供技术支持。方法根据食物中毒调查及处理原则,对采集到的剩余食物7份及病人呕吐物2份,用农药速测卡进行现场快速检验及实验室检验。结果病人呕吐物及剩余食物油麦菜和韭菜中均检出了农药对硫磷。结论这是一起因食用有机磷农药残留过量的蔬菜引起的急性食物中毒事件,应加强对农药生产、销售和使用的管理,加大对个体餐馆的监管力度。
[ Objective] To Investigate the pathogeny of symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hyperhidrosis in a factory 's employees after meal, and provide technical support for rapidly handling food poisoning and treatment of patients [ Methods ] According to the principles of investigation and handling of food poisoning, 7 samples of residual food and 2 samples of vomit were detected by pesticide fast test cards and laboratory tests. [ Results ] Parathion was detected in patients" vomit and You Maicai and leek in residual food. [ Conclusion] This is an eating vegetables with organic pesticide excessive residue induced acute food poisoning incident, pesticide production sale and use management should be strengthened, as well as the supervision and management of individual restaurants.
