摘要
该文通过对中毒报告不及时、专业知识不足、样品的采集与实验室检测等影响食物中毒原因查明的主要问题进行分析探讨,以提高食物中毒调查水平和降低不明原因食物中毒的发生率,并提出:加强食物中毒报告管理、提高卫生监督机构对食物中毒的综合调查处理能力、普及食物中毒防治知识、加强实验室的质控管理,提高食物中毒病因检出率等对策与措施。
Abstract This paper analyzed and discussedthe main factors affecting identification of causes of food poisoning such as delayed poisoning report, lack of expertise, sample collection and laboratory test, so as to raise the investigation level of food poisoning and reduce the incidence of unknown causes food poisoning and put forward countermeasures as follows: strengthening the management of food poisoning reports, Improving comprehensive investigation processing ability of hygiene authorities, popularizing knowledge to prevent food poisoning, reinforcing the manage of laboratory, elevating the accuracy to detect food poisoning pathogens.
