延边地区1040名各年龄段人群乙型肝炎病毒感染状况

Infection Situation of HBV of 1040 Cases in Each age Group

目的了解延边地区各年龄段人群乙型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法开展1．040名4～62岁不同年龄段人群乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）的横断面调查，用固相吸附试验（SPIRA0）法测定HBV感染标志。结果乙肝病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性率为6．25％，乙肝病毒核心抗体（抗-HBc）阳性率为30．8％，HBeAg/抗-HBe阳性率为6．6％。结论HBsAg流行率随着年龄的增长而增高，乙肝疫苗在成人中接种率有待继续提高。

[ Objective ] To investigate infection situation, of HBV in each group. [ Methods ] A cross-sectional study was conducted to survey HBV in different age groups （4 -62 year old）. HBV infection markers were detected by SPIRA0. [ Results ] the positive rate of HbsAg, anti - HBc, HbeAg/anti-Hbe was 6.25% , 30.8%, 6.6% [ Conclusion] Prevalence rate of HbsAg increases with age, The immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine should be improved continuously.
