摘要
目的:研究土木香挥发油的化学成分,并比较水蒸气蒸馏提取(SD)与超临界CO2萃取(SFE)所得土木香挥发性成分的差异。方法:土木香SD和SFE提取物,分别运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:SD提取物中分离出32个峰,鉴定了其中19个组分,占提取物总量的98.8%。SFE提取物中分离出42个峰,鉴定了其中25个组分,占提取物总量的96.86%。结论:超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到的土木香挥发油在成分及相对含量上均有一定差别,超临界CO2萃取法具有提取时间短、效率高、活性组分含量高等优点,是提取土木香挥发油的理想方法。
Objective: to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Inula helenium L. were extracted by steam distillation(SD) and supercritical - CO2 fluid(SFE). Methods: The essential oil of Inula helenium L. was extracted by SD and SFE. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC - MS. The relative content of each component was determindy by area nomalization. Results: In essential oil extracted bySD 32 peak were separated and 19 of them were identified representing 98.8% of the total contents. In essential oil extracted by SFE 42 peak were separated and 25 of them were identified representing 96.86 % of the total contents. Conclusion:There were differences of essential oils between SD and SFE, extraction of essential oil from Inula heleniumL, by SFE is more satisfactory.
