摘要
本文在合理界定居民消费内容及活动水平的基础上,利用投入产出方法和生命周期能耗分析思想,对居民衣、食、用、服务、行、住等消费的全流程能耗进行了分析和计算,给出了2005年居民各项消费的全流程能耗现状,并对2010年、2020年、2030年的居民消费全能耗状况进行了预测,得到了居民消费全能耗占全国能源消费总量的比重在40%以上等一系列重要结论,并提出了相关政策建议。
The paper analyzes and calculates the all-course energy consumption related to residential consumption including clothes, food, usage, service, transportation and housing by the methods of input-output analysis and life-cycle analysis on the base of defining and ascertaining contents and activity levels of residential consumption. Also, the paper gives the current status of all-course energy consumption in 2005, and forecasts that of 2030. Some important conclusions and suggestions are proposed in the end of the paper.
