我国劳动教养制度中几个法律问题的探讨

劳动教养是一项具有中国特色的法律制度,但由于目前我国劳动教养制度立法规定的粗疏,程序制定的不规范,造成实施过程中出现诸多问题,已引起了社会各界的争议。因此,进一步规范和明确劳动教养制度的性质、决定机关、适用范围和期限,完善劳动教养制度的相关规定,以利于该制度的正确实施。

Reeducation-through-labor is a system with Chinese characteristic. But it has caused argues by all kinds of people for it has caused a lot of problems when it was carried out, because of careless, Non-standardized Establishing procedures, when we established the system. So it is neeessery for us to norms and further define the characteristic, Authorities making decision, scope and deadline, perfect relevant provisions of Reeducation-through-labor system so as to implement it correctly.
