摘要 以AgCuZn合金为钎料,采用真空钎焊方法实现了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷与45钢的牢固连接。研究了连接温度、保温时间和钎料厚度对钎缝接头抗剪强度的影响,并对连接界面区域的微观结构及焊料反应产物进行了SEM,EDS及XRD分析。在本试验中,当连接温度为850℃、保温时间为15min、钎料厚度为0.4mm时,得到的接头界面抗剪强度最高,为145.2MPa。微观结构结果表明:钎料与两侧母材润湿良好,分别在两侧形成了界面扩散互溶过渡层,良好的界面扩散互溶过渡层是获得较高界面连接强度的主要原因。 Firm joins between Ti(C,N)-based cermets and 45 steel have been obtained with AgCuZn as fillers by vacuum brazing. The effects of technical parameters, such as joining temperature, time for keeping and filler thickness, on the shear strength of joints have been investigated. The microstructures of welded area and the filler reaction products have been examined by SEM, EDS and XRD. Under a set of optimum technical parameters, such as joining at 850℃ for 15 min with a filler thickness of 0.4 mm, the maximum shear strength of joints is achieved to be 145.2 MPa. The results ofmicrostructure show that the wettability of filler metal on the Ti(C,N)-based cermets and 45 steel is good. A mutual solution exists between the welding base materials and the filler metal. The excellent mutual solution is the main reason for achieving the firm brazed joints.
