摘要
通过阐述轻型锰铁转子导条的选用,以提高三相鼠笼感应电动机的起动性能。虽然感应电动机以普遍性和简单化受欢迎,但是起动转矩低,起动电流达到额定电流的5-8倍。解决该问题的一个简单方法是引入新型轻锰铁材质的转子导条,通过锰铁转子的“集肤效应”来提高起动时的功率因数。本文阐述了相关的电磁理论来论证该论点,通过计算初模拟和测试一台0.75kW的感应电机来证实其有效性。
This paper describes how to improve the starting performance of threephase squirrel-cage induction motor by selection of light ferromagnetic rotor bar. The induction motor is welcomed because of its universality and simplification, but starting torque of it is lower and starting current is 5 to 8 times the rating current. A simple method is to use new light ferromagnetic rotor bar to improve power factor of motor at starting by skin effect. This paper presents the correlative electromagnetic theory to prove its effectiveness by computer simulation and experiment for a 0.75kW induction motor.
