摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT容积扫描及扫描后应用表面重建(SSD)、多平面重建(MPR)对眼眶骨折的诊断价值。方法对84例眼眶骨折的患者,行容积扫描后同时用骨算法及软组织算法薄层重建,结合SSD、MPR图像进行多方位观察,并将其分为爆裂骨折、直接骨折和复合型骨折。结果84例患者中爆裂骨折64例,直接骨折7例,混合型骨折13例。结论应用多层螺旋CT容积扫描及SSD、MPR重建对于判断眼眶骨折的类型、损伤的程度及范围,邻近骨骼及软组织损伤的情况,是否需要手术治疗等方面均有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Multi-slices spiral CT in diagnosing orbital fracture. Methods 84 cases of suspected orbital fracture underwent volume scan of 16-slices CT. The data collected were processed using bone and soft tissue reformation to acquire the thin slice images. The images were observed combining shaded surface display (SSD) and multiplane reformation (MPR). Results 64 cases were confirmed as orbital blowout fracture,7 cases were confirmed as directed fracture, and 13 cases were confirmed as mixed fracture. Conclusion The volume scan mode and SSD, MPR after helical CT imaging are very helpful for evaluating the type, severity and range of fracture as well as the necessity of operation after the fracture
