原因不明复发性流产患者蜕膜组织TGF-β1与MMP-2及TIMP-2的相关性研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨原因不明复发性流产(CURSA)患者孕早期蜕膜组织中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其特异性组织抑制物-2(TIMP-2)的关系。方法免疫组化检测URSA患者25例(URSA组)与正常早孕女性19例(正常早孕组)蜕膜组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2及TGF-β1的表达。结果URSA组患者MMP-2表达(86±20)低于正常早孕组女性(193±36)(P<0.05);URSA组TGF-β1的表达(176±38)高于正常早孕组(68±19)(P<0.05);URSA组MMP-2/TIMP-2(0.9±0.3)显著低于正常早孕组(1.9±0.4)(P<0.05);URSA组TGF-β1与MMP-2呈显著负相关(r=-0.912,P<0.05)。结论URSA患者孕早期蜕膜组织中MMP-2与TGF-β1水平显著负相关,TGF-β1的高表达影响了MMP-2的生成,使MMP-2/TIMP-2失衡,可能导致URSA的发生。
