温湿度对双纹须歧角螟生长发育和繁殖的影响 被引量:2

摘要 双纹须歧角螟(Trichophysetis cretacea Butler)是为害茉莉花的重要害虫。本文于室内就温度、湿度及极端高温对其生长发育和繁殖的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在15~30℃范围内,双纹须歧角螟的发育速率随着温度的升高而加快;当温度超过30℃时,发育速率减慢。在各虫态中,蛹期的存活率受温度变化的影响最大。卵、蛹在温度持续高于35℃时不能存活。40℃高温处理4~8h能显著缩短卵发育历期,延长成虫寿命,提高产卵量。在适宜的温度下(23-25℃),湿度对双纹须歧角螟各虫态生长发育及繁殖的影响不大。 Trichophysetis cretacea Butler is a pest injurious to jasmine. The growth, development and reproduction of T. cretacea were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the developmental rate of T. cretacea increased with the rise of temperature from 15 ℃ to 30 ℃, but varied slightly at higher temperatures. The pupal stage was most sensitive to temperature change compared with other developmental stages. The eggs and pupae could not live after being exposed to constant temperatures above 35 ℃. When exposed to 40 ℃ for 4-8 hours, the eggs duration decreased significantly, but the adult longevity and fecundity increased. Under 23-25 ℃ , the influence of humidity on T. cretacea was not remarkable.
