摘要
由于在电能质量在线监测过程中,对数据进行有效的实时压缩具有重要意义,介绍了小波变换原理及其在数据压缩中的应用,设计了以DSP和ARM为核心的嵌入式系统,并在以DSP为数据处理器的硬件平台上实现了基于Mallat算法的电能质量实时数据压缩。通过与数字实时仿真系统(RTDS)的联调测试表明,此装置不仅可以完成压缩算法,保证较大的压缩比和较小的重构误差;而且运算速度快,满足在线监测系统的实时性要求。ARM及其外围芯片提供了友好的人机界面和通讯接口。
In course of power quality on-line monitoring, it's very important to compress data effectively and real-timely. The theory of wavelet transform algorithm and its application in data compression were firstly introduced. Based on an embedded system which consists of DSP and ARM, the real-time data compression for power quality events based on Mallat algorithm was implemented in DSP. The results of tests on RTDS indicate that the implementation can not only complete the compression algorithm, ensuring a higher compression ratio and a lower reconstruction error; but also satisfy the real-time requirement of the on-line system. ARM and some periphery chips provide the friendly interface for man-machine conversation and communication.
