摘要 首先针对当前流行的几种工业总线存在的缺点,阐述了面向工控网络最底层的AS-Interface现场总线的系统构成、数据传输方式及其技术特性。接着从硬件和软件两方面详细说明了西门子AS-In-terface总线技术在矿井提升机上的应用以及远程监控的实现。最后指出基于西门子AS-I总线技术的串行通讯系统十分适合中小企业进行自主开发,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中能争取到一个好的市场定位。 Firstly, aiming at the shortcoming of several popular kinds of industrial buses, as the lowest field level field bus oriented industrial network, AS-Interface system configuration,transmission model of data and performance, specialty were described. Secondly, from two sides between hardware and software, the application about Siemens AS-Interface to mine hoisting shaft and implementation about remote-control were discussed. Finally, based on Siemens AS-I bus technology is very suitable for serial communication system for independent development of SMEs. So that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market can have a good market positioning.
