摘要
脂肪胺生产过程是典型的间歇反应,控制过程的难点是反应釜的分阶段升温控制。针对脂肪胺反应釜升温过程的大滞后、非线性、强耦合特点以及分阶段、非均匀升温的控制要求,给出了一种分段模糊控制的策略。该方案实时性好,对被控对象的不良变化具有较强的鲁棒性。对这一难题的研究与工程应用对类似化工企业的生产过程控制有一定的借鉴意义。
The production process of fatty amine is periodical reaction typically. Main challenge of the process is to control the temperature rising of reaction container periodically. Aiming at the characteristic of long time delay, nonlinear,coupling and the require of non-uniformity temperature rise in different grading in fatty amine, a kind of grading multi-rulers fuzzy control maneuver was introduced. Actual operation turns out that the maneuver has a good result and robustness. The study and its engineering application will help to solve similar problem happen in varies of chemical factories.
