摘要
目的回顾分析106例医疗纠纷，查找原因，总结防控对策。方法对2002～2005年106例医疗纠纷进行分类分析。结果106例医疗纠纷中有医疗缺陷63例。结论大多数医疗纠纷通过加强管理可以防控。
Objective To find the causes of medical disputes, and summarize the countermeasures of prevention and control. Method 106 medical disputes which occurred from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed. Result In 106 medical disputes, medical defect accounts for 63 cases. Conclusion Majority of medical disputes can be prevented and controlled by enhancing management.
