摘要
结合316国道丹江段水泥混凝土路面加铺改造工程,针对山区公路特征,利用三维有限元软件ANSYS分析各种纵坡坡度、弯道半径以及不同大小制动力作用下路面结构的应力特征;同时对行车荷载作用下,路面结构内应力随深度的变化情况进行分析。分析表明,由于山区公路路线特征而产生的水平荷载增大了路面结构内的拉应力和剪应力,从而加剧了路面结构损坏,山区公路沥青加铺层易较早地出现反射裂缝、车辙和层间滑移。
Combined with the project of pavement reconstruction in Danjiang section of No. 316 national highway, mechanic properties of asphalt concrete overlay in the conditions of various slopes, track curves and brake separately were analyzed using 3-D finite element software. Then the stress in different depth was also analyzed. It was indicated by the analysis that the horizontal load produced by the characteristics of pavement route in mountain areas has increased the tensile stress and shearing stress within the pavement, which pricks up the damage of pavement so it will suffer reflection cracking, track and cutting-slippage prematurely.
