摘要
针对10 000 t/d新型干法水泥生产线的原料预均化设备———圆形堆取料机的取料主梁进行有限元结构分析,建立了合理的大型圆形料场堆取料机取料主梁有限元分析模型,研究了堆取料机在不同工作条件下结构的应力和变形。
Aiming at the fetching material main girder of a circular stockyard staker-reclaimer, the raw meal pre-homogenizing equipment in a 10 000 t/d new type dry-process cement production line, finite element structural analysis has been applied on the fetching material main girder. The reasonable finite element models were first built for the main girder of stacker-reclaimer of the large-scale circular stockyard, and then the structure stress and distortion under different working conditions were studied.
