摘要
以化工生产中高压聚乙烯装置一次压缩机为研究对象,用统计学和可靠性分析等方法对其运行数据进行了分析。应用故障模式及影响分析法、指数分析和威布尔分析法,找出了装置运行的可靠度、故障率及失效密度等设备运行的重要参数,对进一步提高此类设备的可靠性设计有重要参考价值。
Running data of Maoming LDPE unites first compressor with statistics and reliability method is analyzed. Weibull analysis and exponent analysis is applied, the data of reliability de- gree,failure rate and density function is found. It supplied a gap of reliability data of large type compressor. It is significant on improving reliability of compressor and accumulating data of reliability for design.
