摘要
从焊接过程中横向焊接应力的形成及发展的角度分析了大厚度异种钢焊接接头裂纹形成的原因,并在此基础上提出了防止出现这类焊接裂纹的措施,对类似工况的压力容器和设备建造有一定指导作用。
It was qualitatively analyzed of the transverse welding stress and its evolution during the weld depositing in the weld groove, by which the cracking often found in the heterogeneity metal weld joints with greater thickness has got a reasonable interpretation. Based on the under- standing,three concepts that are useful and helpful in preventing this kind of weld joints from the cracking and could be applied in the construction of pressure vessels and allied equipment as guidance were presented.
