框式锥底搅拌槽堵料分析及改进

摘要 针对某框式锥底搅拌槽出口出现的严重堵料现象,分析了堵料原因,采用增设小搅拌器的方案进行改进,效果良好。 The outlets of a frame agitator tank with cone-bottom were seriously plugged by crystallization deposition. The causes of plugging were analyzed, the optimal scheme was adopted and satisfactory result was obtained.
