摘要 分析DJ_1机车8WL0-138-6YG69型单臂受电弓普遍出现上框架转轴处裂纹和转轴弯曲问题的众多原因,从可行性和经济性出发提出对受电弓进行国产化开发。新型XD-200受电弓具有结构轻巧、坚固,调整受电弓方便、精确,并有自动降弓装置保护,满足机车实际运行要求,提高了弓网运行可靠性和机车安全性。 The paper analyzes various causes that lead to the universal appearance of flaw at the up-frame of rotate shaft and the incurvature of rotate shaft of 8WL0-138-6YG69 single-arm pantograph for D Jr locomotive. The domesticalization of pantograph is proposed for practical and economic reasons. The newly-developed XD-200 pantograph has simple and solid structure. It can be adjusted easily and accurately and is protected by automatic pantograph down equipment, which satisfies the requirement of real locomotive running and improves the reliability of the pantograph network and the safety of rolling stock.
