摘要
目的:建立以双波长薄层扫描法测定金樱子中总黄酮含量的方法。方法:以芦丁为标准品,采用双波长飞点薄层扫描仪测定,展开剂为乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水(8:1:1),λs=266nm,λR=230nm。结果:金樱子点样量在1~6μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.39%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于金樱子的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of the total flavonoid in Fructus Rosae Laevigatae. METHODS: Dual wavelength TLC scanner was selected with rutin as standard substance. The developing solvent was acetic ether- formic acid - water(8 : 1 : 1) ;λ2= 266 nm, and λR = 230 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Fructus Rosae Laevigatae was 1--6 μg, and the average recovery was 98,9% 2. 397% (RSD = 1,39%, n = 6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate, and it is applicable for the quality control of Fructus Rosae Laevigatae,
