摘要 探讨计算行星齿轮机构传动比的两种方法——转化机构法和速度图解法联合应用的可行性。转化机构法是研究行星齿轮传动运动学最常用的方法;速度图解法在用于对行星齿轮机构进行运动学分析时,虽可计算单排行星齿轮传动的传动比,但无法对两排及两排以上行星齿轮机构的传动比进行求解。本文结合具体实例,尝试先用速度图解法后用转化机构法,求解两排行星齿轮机构的传动比,两种方法的联合应用为行星齿轮传动机构的设计和计算提供了参考。 Two methods of calculating the transmission ratio of planetary gear mechanisms, i.e. the mechanism conversion method and the velocity graphical method are discussed in this paper, and the feasibility of the combined application of the two methods is investigated. The mechanism conversion method is the most common method used to study the kinematics of the planetary gear transmission. When using the velocity graphical method to conduct kinematic analysis on planetary gear mechanisms, the transmission ratio of the single row planetary gear transmission can be calculated. Whereas the transmission ratio of the two rows or more than two rows planetary gear mechanism cannot be obtained by the method. By referring to a practical case, this paper attempts to solve the transmission ratio of the two rows planetary gear mechanism by using the velocity graphical method and the mechanism conversion method in succession. The combined application of the two methods can provide useful reference for the design and the calculation of planetary gear driven mechanisms.
