摘要
不锈钢材料1Cr18Ni9Ti韧性大,不容易切削,尤其是长度较大的双头梯形内螺纹,刚性差,切削时易振动,螺纹表面易出现波纹,加工非常困难,采用可滑动的导向杆与刀杆通过铰接的方式连接,增加了刀杆的刚性。另外,为了减少精车时的切削余量,改善切削条件,将螺纹加工分为切槽、粗车螺纹和精车螺纹三个步骤进行,并考虑螺纹升角的影响,对刀具的形状、尺寸和有关几何角度都做严格要求,实际应用取得很好的效果。
The stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti's toughness is very large ,it is difficult to cut, especially the bad rigidity of long trapeziform double-edged inner screw thread which arose libration and ripple when cut. By connectting the slip oriented pole and cutter pole the latter's rigidity is promoted ,in order to decrease the finish machining's surplus ,the machining of screw thread is divided to three step: slotting, preforming and finish machining.The effect is prominent by controlling the cutter's shape, dimension and geometrical angle, at the same time considering the influence of screw thread's rising angle.
