摘要
对大直径深孔螺纹,特别是车单头或多头方牙螺纹的加工进行了分析,为了避免造成大直径深孔螺纹的中径成为锥度,设计了一套组合刀杆。经过实践验证,此组合刀杆结构简单,容易制造,使用方便,既解决了如何加工此类螺纹,又提高了此类螺纹的切削效率和加工精度。
For the analysis of large-diameter deep-hole screw thread, especially the cutting of single or multiple square tooth screw thread, we have designed a suit of grouped arbor for avoiding causing the median diameter of large-diameter deep-hole screw thread to the angle of taper. After practice, it has verified that the grouped arbor is simple structured, easy to manufacture, and easy to use. It has resolved how to processing this kind of screw threads, as well as improved the cut efficiency and the process precision.
