摘要
铝铜合金的硬质阳极氧化易产生"电熔烧蚀"现象,产品合格率较低。通过选择合适的工艺参数,探讨硬质阳极氧化规范对氧化膜的影响,明确电源设计要求和工艺过程控制要求。试验结果显示,由于存在电场促溶效应,过高的电化学参数不但无益于膜的增长,反而会促进膜的化学溶解,降低电流效率。铝铜合金使用常规电源无法获得理想的硬质阳极氧化膜,膜层不均匀连续或膜层极薄。采用高直流迭加或脉冲电源可较好地提高铝铜合金硬质阳极氧化质量。
The pencent of pass is influenced by the electric melting ablation which happens in the process of aluminium copper zinc alloy hard anodic oxidation.This paper confirms the desine and process requirements of electrical supply by choosing appropriate process parameters and disclosing the influence of technical stardard to the oxide film. Experiment shows that over high galvano-chemistry parameter will accelerate the solution of film, reduce the current efficiency instead of accelerating the film growth because of the electric field solution effective.When using regular electric supply,low quanlity film will appear which is not uniform or continuous.The application of high density superposed or pulse electric supply whill increase the quanlity of aluminium copper zinc alloy hard anodic oxidation.
